Not too much news today - Macy almost had an accident free day with potty training. She did poop in the potty which is a BIG B-I-G BIG deal. So here's the story: Matt has her in the game room and notices she is starting to "hide" like she does when she is going to poop, so he rushed her to the men's bathroom in the game room. After he gets her situated on the potty, she says "Out Daddy!". Apparently she will pee in front of anyone, but will not poop in front of anybody. So Matt is peeking through the crack in the stall door to see if she will actually go (I'm telling you - she has only pooped in the potty like one other time the entire time we have been at camp and we try to get her to every day - so this is a big deal) so anyway Matt does not notice the camper who walks in behind him as he is saying through the crack in the stall "Way to go! You're doing it!" To which the camper responds, "Do I need to leave?" Who knows what he thought was going on, but Matt quickly tried to explain that it was his 2 year old potty-training daughter in the stall. he he. So she almost made it through the day but there was a small accident at club tonight. But we count today as big progress!
BTW - these are pics that one of the Work Crew Bosses took with the photo booth on her computer - Macy is actually not a siamese twin. I love the black and white one!

I walked by ridgewood today and missed you all...looks like you're having a blast though.
ReplyDeleteGreat pics of Macy! I'm so proud of her! Brian and I keep telling Gracen that Macy uses the big potty, and we EXPECT to come over when you get back for some peer pressure in that department.
