Happy 4th of July!




Camp Tour Part 1

Dining Hall & Basketball Courts below Pool with Stores/Game Room/Leader Lounge in far back

Pond with Zip Line, Kayaks, Blob, Fishing and Big Swing. Also a couple of little "beach" spots.

Please pray for better sleep - kate was up several times last night and then boycotted her afternoon nap (thus preventing me from taking one also) and then woke Macy up early from her nap to boot!
Also in case you are curious - it is HOT H-O-T HOT here. 100 degrees today. No air conditioning in our rooms - we have a little fan system set up where we try to cool it off at night and then trap the cool air in during the day. Hopefully it works better tomorrow than it did today or we have a cool front.
A shout out to Annabelle, our goddaughter, who turned 2 today! Yeah!!!

    That camp looks fun...uh...except for no air conditioning your room! Sorry Kate isn't sleeping well. It must be the new environment.

    Dear Anonymous, Could you please identify yourself? If it is always this hot in the "Golden State" there is no way we would move here. At least in Kansas it gets cold eventually! Today it is 96 degrees in the shade and in Matt's words "the day ain't over yet..."

    the camp looks so nice!! I hope you brought the next size up for Kate this summer! that is too funny.

    so, I know my temp is probably just a little off...but I would be dying in that heat. Lately, I get in the car just to crank the AC full blast in my face. okay, I'll quit talking about that. We're not getting much sleep around here these days either, so that I can relate to.

    I like how you left a nice note for "anonymous."
