As you can see from the ticker above, Baby Shep Tres will be here in exactly 6 weeks - barring a miracle of God where I actually have a baby come without large amounts of pitocin.
So I am starting to crank out all kinds of projects - nesting in high gear if you will.
One of my many sewing projects is to make Big/Little shirts for the girls to wear like I did for Macy and Kate.
Here's my dilemma: For some reason I feel bad putting "Middle Sister" on Kate's shirt. Not like it's a secret or that she won't forever be the middle sister, but still...
So I am looking for suggestions for shirt sets.
A couple of ideas that are being considered:
* Big Sister, Middle Sister, Little Sister
* Sister, Sister2, Sister3 (with small numbers - the idea is sister squared, sister cubed)
* First Born, Stuck in the Middle, Baby Sister (mostly kidding on this.)
Okay, let the creative tide roll!

ReplyDeleteWhat about "Big Sister" on Macy's shirt and "Little Sister" on Baby's shirt. Then for Kate, you could put "Baby's Big Sister" on the front and "Macy's Little Sister" on the back. That's the best I could come up with. Enjoy the next weeks with your two girls...

ReplyDeleteI am a middle child and I was never really disappointed with that fact. I thought middle child was just as special bc no one else was in the middle. But, I come from a family of three and I was always the only middle child. My dad's a shrink he might have just played mind tricks on me. Anywas that's my two cents... Have Kate call me.
