We made it home this afternoon where two little girls eagerly greeted their daddy after having him gone this whole last week.
We were in Tulsa this weekend for my cousin's wedding and the girls' first trip down the aisle - as flower girls. They did a great job, although Dora (our nappiest, completely unclothed, huge doll) did ride down the aisle with Kate in the wagon with Macy pulling. They were super sweet in their dresses and I should have pictures later this week.
The wedding itself was a nice laid back event at a beautiful camp. It was wonderful to be with family and I am so thankful for my mom who was my right and left hands! It also was fun to have the 4 of us share a hotel and trip together - maybe a glimpse into girls weekends in the future?
Matt had a great week at camp and it has been fun hearing stories and sharing more about how our week was without him.
random notes: We are still looking for a car. yea for patience-developing circumstances in my life. i love them. (please read in flat, absolutely not truely excited voice) Maybe this week is the week!
I am feeling relatively fine. Hot and uncomfortable, but no more serious contractions.
Matt is understandably freaked out by his YL to-do list competing with the home to-do list. Hopefully we can be mutually understanding as we try to figure out a timeline and realistic expectations.
