THIS week's dr.'s appt.

So I went to see my OB today who acted like being on semi-bedrest and tons of Benedryll was no big deal. So the good news is he thinks I just "over-did it" and I don't need to take more of the Benedryll unless I think I need it. The lesson learned on my part is that I do need to be resting more if I don't want this whole ordeal all over again, which isn't easy with 2 little girls and my still very long to-do-before-baby list. Also a plus was he didn't mention anything about the hypoglycemia and I haven't gained any weight since the infamous after camp weigh-in. On the not plus side, for the second time they didn't run the right tests on my blood so I had to get pricked again - I don't know how my mom does it all the time - it made my feet sweat just waiting for her to stick the needle in. I tried to remind myself that this is nothing compared to the epidural and I have done that twice.

  1. Tara~ I'm glad everything went much better this week! We'll keep you in our prayers. =) (I hear you on the sweating thing... that office can make me nervous and with high blood pressure like none other!!)
