Where did March go? Oh yeah....

In reverse order... Sunday we had Kate dedicated and we were so blessed to have so many friends and family come... The Feathers (See Annabelle and "Mace" with their palms), G & G Shepherd, Marc, Liz and Cousin Ryan (totally a Grandma's Boy! :))...

Kate got to show off her mad new crawling skills - yes that's right, she is officially crawling - not even 7 months old! (And check out the pic of her standing up!) I am going to have my hands full keeping track of her!) She and Daddy took a much needed nap after all the company left...

We took Easter/Kate's 6 month pics last week. Mimi got to come along so we were able to get some of all of Papa's girls....

Macy was not in her best form for picture day so cute ones of just her were a little hard to come by...
But look how sweet our goddaughter is!!! We had a balst over Spring Break in Colorado at Family Ski Camp - seriously you need to go next year. It really was an amazing time...

We also were able to stay in Syracuse on our way back and forth and spend some time with Baby Brody!!

Kate also went swimming for the first time at the Salida Hot Springs pool while we were in CO.

At the beginning of the month we took Macy to see Sesame Street Live with the Trusketts. Her life is now complete after seeing Elmo in person.

So I guess that's what happened to March! Sorry for anyone who has tried to track us down (oh yeah and I was cell-phone-less for most of the month - it's back in business now - funny story for another day but basically within 2 days we ruined both of our phones - macy has now put one of mine in a cup of pepsi (that was 2 or 3 phones ago) and then this time she took matt's into the bath with her... - it felt wierd to drive all the way to CO with no phones. matt had his delivered to Trail West so we would have one on the way home - we are so dependent.) We are hopefully going to have a somewhat slower april - tonight matt kicked butt on some painting in the basement - hopefully we are on track to get that done before school is out... and i am slowly getting the yard in shape while trying not to let the house become completely disgusting. Other march news - we had several friends have babies so i am keeping busy with sewing burpers for the wee ones - and in related news, my Zerbers website is being redone and will hopefully be up and running in updated form within a week or so... check it out

  1. I love your short hair! It's so cute! It makes me want to cut mine short again....not that short, but shorter than now. :-) You made their dresses didn't you? You were so meant to be a mom you domestic diva. I had fun babysitting Abby last week, but she sure is handful. I can't imagine keeping track of two little ones. I was happy to see green grass in KS. I figured it would still be brown. Your mom is looking good. I hope all is going well with her treatments.
I'm jealous Macy got to meet Elmo. ;-)
