Charlie's Lion Skin

Tomorrow we are headed to our sweet friend Charlie's 3rd Birthday party. Obviously our experience in 3 year old boy things is limited and I have been at a loss as to what we could bring for a gift. I always prefer to make something but I am having a tough time coming up with "boy" things. So I asked his mom last night if there was anything that he would like.

So here is Charlie's lion skin.

Apparently he loves to pretend to be David and kill Goliath and the lion - and then wear the lion skin around - which up until now has been one of his mom's scarves. Now he will have a lion skin of his very own. It could also double as a super soft blanket on the brown shaggy side. The only down side is that it may shed as much as a real lion.
