Thank you in advance for your prayers and love for her!

We are still here... actually here is now Trail West

We have arrived and are somewhat settled in. Sorry for the long delay in posts - seems like the couple of weeks before we left were just crazy. So here's an update.

We left Wichita last Sunday night - finally. Only a few hours later than we had anticipated. And only forgot a couple of minor things. We headed as far west as Syracuse, where my gracious cousins left the light on for us and provided dougnuts for breakfast. (I'm sure our girls will always love staying with the Keller's - Brody's toys and doughnuts for breakfast - could it get any better?)

We made our way to Frontier Ranch on Monday where we met up with 8 college age friends who came to help with a Work Week to finish getting camp ready for campers - who arrive in just a couple of hours BTW! Matt and the kids finished up several projects - braving blistering (or at least sun-burn causing) heat and snow flurries. Got to love the mountains in May. I worked on an embroidery project that I started over spring break monogramming tons of towels. I think my most productive day I did over 50. I still have a few aprons to do for the snack bar that I need to finish up and take over today or tomorrow. Macy and Kate did wonderfully for the most part. I had set up shop in Black Elk lobby and so they had lots of space to run and play. They also watched their fair share of movies. They are really starting to play together better, which will be really really helpful in about 15 weeks or so.

Also as a side note, on Monday sweet Elliana Louise entered the world. Her big sister is our god-daughter and it is killing me not to be able to kiss on her sweet chubby newborn cheeks! A trip to Manhattan will definitely be on the agenda as soon as we get back!

We moved across the mountain to Trail West on Friday morning and have spent the last couple of days getting settled and just waiting for camp to start... okay I am going to try to finish this later tonight and hopefully have some pics so check back!!!
