Hair like Lucy

Macy had been begging to get her hair cut like Lucy off of Chronicles of Narnia (I know - not the typical three year old's favorite movie.)
It really had gotten long and we were having battles with tangles. SO after showing up at Mimi's house early Saturday morning, we took some before pictures for posterity - aka blogging.
After about two big chunks of hair falling to the floor, Macy started crying "Put it back on!! I don't want to look like Lucy, I want to look like Macy!"
And this continued for the entire rest of the haircut. My mom is so amazing. You could tell this wasn't the first time she had dealt with an unhappy customer :)
It took her a little while to recover after it was all over, but she was all smiles and has proudly told anyone who will listen about her "Lucy hair". I have to admit as much as I miss pigtails and "dance hair", I do not miss the daily tangle fight!

I need to take a new pic of her because this one isn't necessarily my favorite - actually I need to figure out some pics of them in their Easter dresses too.... hmmm... so many things to do - so little time - and money!
